Scientific and Production Association Hydro Energy Special Construction is a Hydro Energy Special Construction Group of Companies, which was founded in 2006 to develop innovative energy-efficient design, "Coastal Energy complex with features to protect the coastline from storm impact" on the basis of energy conversion of sea and ocean waves with the help of complex of wave energy dampers wave Hunter.

For 10 years, the company carries out scientific research and development work in partnership with:
