Hydro Energy Special Construction Group of Companies it participated in the delegation, First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Gleb Nikitin during his visit to South America. During his visit to Uruguay, meetings were held with the Government. As a result of the meetings reached an agreement on the development of the possibility of construction of coastal power systems with the function of the shoreline protection from storm impact on the territory.
